PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE JUGO AZUCARADO A PARTIR DE UN SUSTRATO VEGETAL CELULOSICO. SE TRATA EL SUSTRATO VEGETAL MEDIANTE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE UN ACIDO, EN UNAS CONDICIONES DE HIDROLISIS ACIDA DE LOS MATERIALES CELULOSICOS INTERRUMPIENDO EL TRATAMIENTO CUANDO SE HA FORMADO DE UN 10 A UN 45 POR 100 DE LOS AZUCARES REDUCTORES POTENCIALES. SE CONDUCE LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE A CONDICIONES DE TEMPERATURA Y DE PH QUE PERMITEN UNA HIDROLISIS ENZIMATICA DE LA CELULOSA, MANTENIENDOSE LAS CONDICIONES CITADAS DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA FORMAR UNA CANTIDAD COMPLETAMENTARIA DE AZUCARES REDUCTORES.
