EL DIHIDRATADO SE SEPARA DEL ACIDO FOSFORICO POR FILTRACION, SE LAVA CON UN LIQUIDO DE LAVADO ESPECIAL, SEPARANDOSE EN UNA FRACCION GRUESA, 90 POR 100 EN PESO DEL DEHIDRATATO, Y EN UNA FRACCION FINA, 10 POR 100, RECRISTALIZANDOSE A SULFATO DE CALCIO ANHIDRITA POR MEDIO DE ACIDO SULFURICO CONCENTRADO A TEMPERATURA ELEVADA. SE SEPARA LA ANHIDRITA Y SE LAVA CON AGUA, Y EL LIQUIDO DE RECRISTALIZACION ACIDO RESTSANTE SE DEVUELVE A LA DIGESTION DEL FOSFATO.
