SE PRETENDE, CON ELLO, QUE LA VELOCIDAD DEL MOTOR SEA PRACTICAMENTE CONSTANTE HASTA QUE EL EMBRAGUE HA ENTRADO TOTALMENTE EN ACCION. EXISTEN ALTERNATIVAS EN EL MODO DE REALIZACION DEL DISPOSITIVO.
