CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE Y EN CONDICIONES ANHIDRAS UN ESTER DE SULFOXIDO DE PENICILINA CON UN AGENTE HALOGENANTE N-CLORO, EN PRESENCIA DE UNPOLIMERO DE POLIVINILPIRIDINA RETICULADO QUE CONTIENE DE UN 1 A UN 100 DE RETICULACION. LA EMPERATURA OSCILA ENTRE 75 Y 175 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS. LA RELACION EN PESO DEL POLIMERO AL SULFOXIDO DE PENICILINA ES DE 1:1 A 1:5 EN PESO.
