CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR P-HIDROXI-N-(1-METAL-3-FENULPROPIL-NOREFREDINA) CON UN ACIDO CAPAZ DE FORMAR UN SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE; A CONTINUACION SE AÑADE AL AGENTE UNA CANTIDAD DE LA SAL DE ADICION OBTENIDA Y SE AJUSTA LA ISOTONICIDAD CON UNA SAL EQUIVALENTE A 0,8-1 POR 100 DE CLORURO SODICO TAMPONANDO EL AGENTE A UN PH DE 5,5 A 8,0.
