PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN ADHESIVO DE PREPOLIMERO DE POLIURETANO. CONSISTENTE EN MEZCLAR UN POLIOL, TAL COMO UN DIOL, TRIOL O TETROL POLIMERO, Y CUALQUIER ISOCIANATO, TAL COMO UN DIISOCIANATO, AÑADIENDOSE UN CATALIZADOR PARA INICIAR LA REACCION. UNA VEZ COMPLETADA LA REACCION INICIAL SE PUEDEN INTRODUCIR ADITIVOS, INCLUYENDO PLASTIFICANTES E INHIBIDORES DE REACCION. TAMBIEN SE PUEDEN AÑADIR AL PREPOLIMERO ACABADO CATALIZADORES DE REACCION ACTIVADOS TERMICAMENTE Y TENSOACTIVOS, EN LAS CANTIDADES NECESARIAS PARA UNA REACCION OPTIMA DEL PREPOLIMERO CON AGUA PARA FORMAR EL ADHESIVO EXPANDIDO. LA REACCION SE EFECTUA EN UN RECIPIENTE DE TAMAÑO ADECUADO, TAL COMO UN BIDON O BARRIL GRANDE, QUE TAMBIEN PUEDE SER ADECUADO PARA FINES DE TRANSPORTE, ALMACENAMIENTO Y APLICACION. LA MANUFACTURA DEL ADHESIVO SE EFECTUA BAJO CONDICIONES DE TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE CONVENIENTES.
