SE REGISTRA UNA IMAGEN CODIFICADA, FORMADA POR IMAGENES EN PERSPECTIVA SEPARADAS, AL IRRADIAR EL OBJETO DESDE DIVERSAS FUENTES DE RADIACION QUE ESTEN SITUADAS EN UN PLANO. LAS IMAGENES DE CAPAS DEL OBJETO SE FORMAN A PARTIR DE LA IMAGEN CODIFICADA POR SUPERPOSICION DE LAS IMAGENES EN PERSPECTIVA SOBRE UN ELEMENTO FOTOSENSIBLE, UTILIZANDO UNA MATRIZ DE FORMACION DE IMAGEN CUYOS ELEMENTOS ESTAN DISTRIBUIDOS DE ACUERDO CON LA DISTRIBUCION PLANA DE LAS POSICIONES DE LAS FUENTES DE RADIACION.
