Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO, CON SU DISPOSITIVO CORRESPONDIENTE, PARA INCREMENTAR LA EFICACIA DEL CALENTAMIENTO DE LAS MATERIAS SOLIDAS EN DIVISION FINA EN LOS APARATOS LLAMADOS "DE CORRIENTE VOLANTE" (EN ALEMAN, "FLUGSTROMAPPARATE"). CONSISTENTE EN UTILIZAR UN DISPOSITIVO, QUE COMPRENDE UN TUBO VERTICAL PARA LA CORRIENTE VOLANTE, EN EL QUE LAS MATERIAS SOLIDAS EN DIVISION FINA SON TRANSPORTADAS HACIA ARRIBA POR UN GAS CALIENTE, QUE TRANSMITE EL CALOR A LAS PRIMERAS. CON OBJETO DE INCREMENTAR LA EFICIENCIA DE LA TRANSMISION TERMICA SE INSTALA EN LA CONDUCCION DE LA CORRIENTE DE GAS PORTADOR UN MECANISMO DE PULSACION. DE ESTE MODO SE FRENA Y ACELERAN SUCESIVAMENTE LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS, MODIFICANDOSE LA VELOCIDAD RELATIVA ENTRE EL GAS CALORIFERO Y LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS, MEJORANDOSE ASI LA TRANSMISION TERMICA. POR OTRA PARTE, AL TENER MENOS INERCIA LAS PARTICULAS PEQUEÑAS, SIGUEN MAS PRONTO LAS VARIACIONES DE VELOCIDAD DEL GAS PORTADOR, CON LO QUE LA MEJORA DE TRANSMISION CALORIFICA ES MENOR PARA LAS PARTICULAS PEQUEÑAS, EVITANDOSE ASI SU SOBRECALENTAMIENTO Y CONSIGUIENDOSE, EN DEFINITIVA, UN CALENTAMIENTO UNIFORME DE LAS PARTICULAS DE TODOS LOS TAMAÑOS.
