SEMBRAR Y CULTIVAR BACTERIAS DE UNA CEPA SALVAJE VIRULENTA SOBRE UN MEDIO QUE CONTIENE UNA CANTIDAD DE ANTIBIOTICO TAL QUE SOLO LOS MUTANTES CROMOSOMICOS RESISTENTES PUEDEN DESARROLLARSE. 2. CULTIVAR POR RESIEMBRA DE LAS COLONIAS DE BACTERIAS RESISTENTES ESTABLECIDAS EN 1. SOBRE UN MEDIO LIBRE DE ANTIBIOTICO PARA DETERMINAR DE ENTRE ESTAS COLONIAS DE BACTERIAS RESISTENTES LAS QUE TIENEN LA CARACTERISTICA DE DEPENDENCIA FRENTE AL ANTIBIOTICO LUETO AL DESARROLLO DE LA CEPA DEPENDIENTE ESCOGIDA. 3.
