PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE 1,3-BENZODIOXINA (CERTIFICADO DE ADICION NUM. 463.842). EL COMPUESTO QUE SE DESEA PREPARAR ES EL 6-CLORO-4-METIL-4-FENIL (4H) 1,3-BEZO-DIOXIN-2-CARBOXILATO DE 2-DIMETILAMINOETILO EN SUS FORMAS RACEMICAS Y OPTICAMENTE ACTIVAS, ASI COMO SUS SALES DE ADICION CON ACIDOS. ESTE COMPUESTO SE OBTIENE HACIENDO REACCIONAR ACIDO 6-CLORO-4-METILO-4-FENIL (4H) 1,3-BENZODIOXIN-2-CARBOXILICO CON DIMETILAMINOETANOL, EN EL SENO DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO TAL COMO BENCENO, TOLUENO, XILENO O ETER ETILICO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR Y A UNA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION QUE VA DESDE -10GC HASTA LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO DEL MEDIO DE REACCION. EL COMPUESTO OBTENIDO TIENE APLICACION EN LA INSUFICIENCIA CARDIACA.
