PROCEDIMIENTO DE PURIFICACION DE UREAS RESIDUALES. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) PUESTA EN CONTACTO DE UNA CORRIENTE AEREA VAPOROSA CONTENIENDO UREA ARRASTRADA, CO2, NH3 Y H2O, PARTE DE LA CUAL ESTA CONDENSADA, CON OTRA CORRIENTE, OBTENIENDO AGUA DE CONDENSACION. EN LA PUESTA EN CONTACTO OCURRE: A) REDUCCION DE LA CONCENTRACION DEL PRODUCTO ARRASTRADO (UREA O NITRATO AMONICO); B) REDUCCION DE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA CORRIENTE; C) DISOLUCION DE LA MATERIA PRIMA (CO2 Y NH3). 2) ALIMENTACION DE LA SECCION DE SOLIDIFICACION CON LAS CORRIENTES DE AGUA DE CONDENSACION RICA EN UREA Y POBRE EN NH3 Y CO2, COMO UNA CORRIENTE SEPARADA DE PRODUCTO CONCENTRADO. ANTES DE LA FASE DE SOLIDIFICACION TIENE LUGAR UNA EVAPORACION EN DOS FASES PARA MAYOR CONCENTRACION. N
