EL DISPOSITIVO ESTA CONSTITUIDO POR: UN ELEMENTO ELECTRONICO Y/O ELECTROMECANICO DE INTERRUPCION Y RESTABLECIMIENTO DE LA POTENCIA DE LA INSTALACION CONSISTENTE EN PARES DE TIRISTORES EN ANTIPARALELO CON LOS CORRESPONDIENTES TRANSFORMADORES DE IMPULSOS; UN SEGUNDO ELEMENTO PARA EXCITAR EL PRIMER ELEMENTO Y DOTADO DE UNIDADES LOGICAS.
