PROCEDIMIENTO DE ELECTRODEPOSICION. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1. REACCION DE UN REACTIVO EPOXI NO ENLAZADO A UN CRUPO CARBOXI-ESTER CON UN REACTIVO AMINICO SELECCIONADO ENTRE MONOAMINAS Y DIAMINAS QUE CONTIENEN UN GRUPO AMINO PRIMARIO O SECUNDARIO; LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR EN UN MEDIO NO ACUOSO. 2. POLIMERIZACION DE 5-95 MOLES POR 100 DE MONOMEROS REACTIVOS (A) O (B) O CON AMBOS Y 95-5 MOLES DE OTROS MONOMEROS, SE OBTIENE UN COPOLIMERO (C) QUE ES UN AGENTE DE CONTROL DE LA FLUIDEZ. 3. COMBINACION DE (A) CON (B) EN UNA PROPORCION DEL 5 AL 60 POR 100 EN PESO APROXIMADAMENTE; SE OBTIENE UNA COMPOSICION DE IMPRIMACION ELECTRODEPOSITABLE. 4. EXPOSICION DE LA COMPOSICION OBTENIDA A UN CAMPO ELECTRICO DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE UNO A TRES MINUTOS PARA RECUBRIR EL SUSTRATO. 5. SECADO DE SUSTRATO Y COCCION DEL MISMO HASTA UNOS 180GC DURANTE VEINTE A TREINTA MINUTOS. PROTECCION CONTRA LA CORROSION DE SUSTRATOS FERROSOS SUSCEPTIBLES.
