Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de piezas de desgaste caldeables y resistentes al fuego, ventajosamente de hormigón refractario, especialmente para la zona de paso de un cierre de corredera en baños de fusión metálica, especialmente en recipientes que contienen baños de fusión de acero, por ejemplo en forma de placas o manguitos, con un conductor de caldeo eléctrico dispuesto en la pieza de desgaste y a base de carbono y silicio, caracterizado por el hecho de ocluir o moldear dentro de la masa de material refractario, una masa conductora de caldeo con un contenido de aproximadamente 50 a 70%, ventajosamente alrededor de 60% de grafito (por ejemplo flint normal), aproximadamente 2 a 10%, ventajosamente unos 8% de harina de Si-metal, y aproximadamente 10% de pez aglutinante.
