Abstract
Proceso selectivo para la preparación de 8-cloro-3-(beta- dietilamino-etil)-4-metal-7-etoxicarbonilmetoxi-cumarina sustancialmente pura de la fórmula: **(Fórmula)** en el que se usan los siguientes pasos de reacción: a) la reacción de la 2-clororesorcina con alfa-acetil-gamma- butirolactona en presencia de ácido bromhídrico y ácido acético; b) la reacción del producto resultante con monocloroacetato de etilo en presencia de K2CO3 y KI para introducir en la posición 7 un nuevo sustituyente R3= -CH2COOC2H5; c) la recristalizacidn del producto a partir de acetona-agua; y d) la reacción del producto recrístalizado, en una solución de benceno, con dietilamina en presencia de K2CO3 anhidro.
