Abstract

Procedimiento para la elaboración de residuos de destilación de toluilendiisocianato a productos de partida que se pueden volver a utilizar para la fabricación de materiales sintéticos, caracterizado porque un residuo de destilación esencialmente libre de monómeros, reticulado, insoluble en disolventes orgánicos inertes, no fundible sin descomposición, tal y como se obtiene en la eliminación destilativa en bruto de toluilendiaminas, que en caso dado después de introducir en agua se obtiene como escoria, se moltura a una granulometria media inferior a 800 my-m y, en caso dado, simultáneamente y/o a continuación, se modifica químicamente por reacción con compuestos reactivos con respecto a los grupos funcionales del residuo de destilación.
