Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en prensas continuas para formar laminados, en forma continua, utilizada para consolidar de forma continua una banda de material, o un par de dichas bandas simultáneamente, caracterizados porque comprende un par de tambores separados montados para girar en ejes paralelos, medios para hacer girar uno a ambos tambores en la misma dirección un cinta flexible continua situada alrededor de los tambores destinada a moverse en la dirección de rotación, medios para tensar la cinta ajustando la separación entre los ejes de rotación de los tambores, actuando conjuntamente la cinta y los tambores en una relación de separación para consolidar y transportar en la dirección de rotación cualquier material situado entre los mismos, uno o un par de dispositivos de introducción de barra de giro asociado cada uno con uno de los tambores, o un tambor diferente solamente, y que comprende un elemento de giro cuyo eje se inclina respecto a los ejes de rotación de los tambores, estando destinadocada dispositivo de introducción a recibir del dispositivo de alimentación correspondiente una de las banda y apara darlas un giro con el fin de dirigirlas hacia su tambor correspondiente y al lado de entrada de la línea de separación formada por la cinta y el tambor uno o un par de dispositivos de escape de barra de giro asociados cada uno con un dispositivo de introducción y que comprende un elemento de giro cuyo eje está inclinado con respecto a los ejes de rotación del par de tambores, estando destinado el dispositivo de expulsión a recibir material de banda continua consolidado que sale de su linea de separación correspondiente y darlo un giro y dirigirlo al dispositivo receptor correspondiente
