Abstract

1. Procedimiento de fabricación de un casquillo de rodamiento compuesto por dos materiales, uno de los cuales es una chapa de acero de rodamiento, y el otro es un acero sinterizado, caracterizado por el hecho de que después de haber asociado a un disco cortado de chapa una materia dividida, se compacta el conjunto disco-material bajo una presión de 20 a 100 kg/mm2, a una temperatura comprendida entre 300 y 700º, a continuación el citado conjunto es sinterizado entre 1100 y 1200º, y a continuación enfriado hasta 950 a 1000º, antes de ser densificado por extrusión con una prensa-disco.
