Abstract

1. Procedimiento de obtención de un sistema de pintura para proteger frente a la corrosión superficies de acero cargadas catódicamente, caracterizado porque sobre una superficie de acero se aplica una pintura de imprimación a base de una pintura de polvo de zinc, que se endurece bajo la influencia de la humedad del aire, con la siguiente composición: 6 - 10 partes de peso de prepolímero de poliisocianato, que se endurece con la humedad, con un contenido de NCO de aproximadamente 16%; 7 - 9 partes en peso de disolvente aromático de alto punto de ebullición; 0,01 - 0,03 partes en peso de agente de desaireación; 0,3 - 0,8 partes en peso de agentes secantes y estabilizantes; 3 - 6 partes de peso de agente gelificante; 0,3 - 0,5 partes en peso de agente humectante; 4 - 7 partes en peso de pigmento en escamas y 65 - 75 partes en peso de polvo de zinc, y entonces se aplica sobre la pintura de imprimación endurecida en parte una pintura de cubrición a base de una pintura de poliuretano y alquitrán,que se endurece bajo la influencia de la humedad del aire, que se compone de 16 - 20 partes en peso de poliisocianato aromático con un contenido de NCO de 6 - 7%; 1-3 partes en peso de poliisocianato de alto peso molecular, líquido, con un contenido de NCO de 3-4%; 10 - 12 partes en peso de alquitrán con una viscosidad de 5.600 - 6.400 poises / 25ºC, 6,5 - 8 partes en peso de agente secante, 0,05 - 0,1 partes en peso de agente de desaireación, 3,5 - 4,5 partes en peso de agente para evitar la sedimentación 30 - 40 partes en peso de polvo de mica con hierro, 5 - 10 partes en peso de materiales de carga inorgánica, 2 - 5 partes en peso de agente estabilizante y hasta 10 partes en peso de disolvente.
