Abstract
Procedimiento de pretratamiento de salmueras residuales procedentes de la fabricación de sal picada y fermentada, con vistas a su tratamiento ulterior por una estación de depuración urbana usual, caracterizado en que se somete la salmuera a la acción de un microorganismo que degrada el ácido láctico y lleva así el pH de la salmuera a un valor próximo a la neutralidad.
