Abstract

The luminous module has a plane hybrid circuit substrate. A large number of electroluminescent diodes are fixed on the substrate so as to cover a large part of its surface. Interconnections are deposited on the substrate between the diodes, including two supply connections connected to the electrodes. The interconnections form a series arrangement of the diodes between the electrode terminals and earth. An optical septem is placed over the electroluminescent diodes. This optical septem may consist of a single lense are a number of lenses associated with each or a small group of diodes.
