Abstract
Aparato para nitrurar materiales metálicos y ferro aleaciones bajo presión, comprendiendo un horno de tuberías, una instalación para hacer briquetas y tolvas de carga dispuestas entre ello para recoger el material, en el que el horno de fundición (-26-) es movible y tapado mediante una conexión a bayoneta (-24-) en su parte inferior con una cámara de admisión (-19-) del dispositivo del pulverización, dentro del cual ha dispuesto un crisol (-18-) con un pulverizador (-16-) montado en su base, estando la cámara de admisión (-19-) del dispositivo de pulverización, ajustadamente conectada a la tapa (-41-) de la cámara de pulverización (- 51) conectada a través de orificios (-43-) en la tapa (-41-) y el colector de aspiración (-20) a un ciclón recogedor del polvo (-21-) y la parte de fondo de la cámara de pulverización (-51) está conectada a una tolva intercambiable (-12-) que está unida , por medio de un sistema de alimentadores al horno de tuberías (-3-) , en el extremo de salida del cual va montada una tolva intermedia (-5-) unida a una tolva final (-4-) debajo de la que hay dispuesta una instalación de formación de briquetas (-3-) estando conectados el horno de fundición (-26-), , el dispositivo de pulverización, el horno de tuberías (-9-) y las tolvas (-12,-5-,-4-) a ,los sistemas de conducto tubular para nitrógeno bajo presión y para evacuación
