Abstract

Nuevos derivados espiro de 3-(3,5-dihalógenofenil)-oxazolidin- 2,4-dionas, procedimientos para su obtención su empleo como fungicidas. Ya es conocido que las N-(3,5-dihalógenofenil)-imidas, son buenos medios para combatir las enfermedades producidas por hongos en las plantas. Asimismo es conocido que los disulfuros de tiuran, muestran buenas propiedades fungicidas. El efecto de esta clase de sustancias, sin embargo, en determinados terrenos de indicación, especialmente en cantidades y concentraciones de aplicación bajas no son siempre satisfactorias. Se han descubierto ahora como nuevos compuestos los derivados espiro de la 3-(-,5-dihalógenil)- oxazolidin-2,4-dionas de fórmula **(Fórmula)** donde X e Y son iguales o diferentes y significan halógeno y n representa los números enteros 2 ó 3. Estos muestran unas propiedades fungicidas muy fuertes.
