Abstract
Un procedimiento de preparación de una composición catalítica ácida sulfurada selectivamente, que comprende las etapas de: (a) forma una composición que comprende una combinación de 0,01 a 2% en peso de un metal del grupo del platino, 0,01 a 2% en peso de renio y 0,1 a 10% en peso de halógeno, tomándose estos porcentajes sobre una base elemental, con un material soporte poroso de alúmina de Ziegler; (b) someter la composición catalítica oxidada resultante a condiciones de reducción efectivas para reducir sustancialmente la totalidad de los componentes de metal del grupo del platino y de renio al correspondiente estado metálico elemental; (c) sulfarar la composición reducida resultante por contacto de la misma con un reactivo de sulfuración en una cantidad y en condiciones al menos suficientes para convertir una porción sustancial del componente de renio y del componente del grupo del platino en el estado sulfurado correspondiente; y después de ello, (d) separar sustancialmente latotalidad del sulfuro del componente del grupo del platino resultante de la etapa (c), mientas que se mantiene una porción sustancial del componente de renio en una estado sulfurado.
