Abstract

La comprobación de las propiedades reológicas de un fluido se efectúa entre un par de elementos que tiene caras cooperantes, las cuales están caracterizadas por unas diminutas porciones salientes y huecas dispersas de manera aleatoria. Las porciones salientes de cada cara son planas y están dispuestas geométricamente en un plano común. Las porciones huecas son irregulares y están dispuestas en una estructura debajo del plano común. La comprobación incluye las operaciones que consisten en situar una mezcla del fluido entre las caras cooperantes, aplicar las caras cooperantes en contacto a nivel la una de la otra. La fuerza necesaria para la ruptura del fluido incluido entre las caras, sin interrumpir por primera vez el contacto con las caras cooperantes, es una función del esfuerzo constante, del límite de elasticidad y de otras propiedades reológicas del fluido.
