Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de una composición abrasiva en partículas, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) fusionar una mezcla de partículas, totalmente combinadas, que comprenden de 35 a 50% en peso aproximadamente de circonia y de 50 a 65% en peso aproximadamente de bauxita; (b) enfriar la mezcla fusionada para solidificarla en el espacio de 3 minutos de tiempo aproximadamente desde que se inicia el enfriamiento inicial para solidificar dicha mezcla; y (c) triturar la mezcla enfriada resultante para formar partículas abrasivas.
