Abstract

Un metodo de producción de compuestos de éteres aminofenílicos o sus sales farmacológicamente aceptables de fórmula **fórmula** donde R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior; R2 representa un grupo ciclohexilo que puede estar sustituído con uno o más grupos alquilo inferior, un grupo alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos , un grupo fenilo o un grupo bencilo; R3 representa un átomo de hidrógeno , un grupo alquilo inferior o un grupo ciclohexilo que puede estar sustituído con uno o varios grupos alquilo inferior; R4 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo inferior o un grupo alcoxicarbonilo inferior y R5 representa un átomo de hidrógeno , un grupo arilo o un grupo de fórmula -COR6 ó CH2R6 (donde R6 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo amino, un grupo alquilo de 1 a 19 átomos de carbono, un grupo ciclohexilo, un grupo arilo, un grupo aralquilo, un grupo aralquenilo, un grupo amino sustituído con uno o varios grupos alquilo inferior, un grupo heterocíclico que puedeestar sustituído con un grupo alquilo inferior o un grupo hidrocarbonado puenteado); sin embargo , R2 y R3 pueden formar junto con el átomo de carbono adyacente un anillo de ciclohexano que puede estar sustituído con uno o varios grupos alquilo inferior y R4 y R5 pueden formar junto con el átomo de nitrógeno adyacente un anillo de pirrolidina o piperidina. Los compuestos citados presentan actividad hipolipémica, actividad reductora de colesterol y de triglicéridos y actividad estimulante del colesterol lipoproteico de alta densidad, selectivamente
