Abstract

Procedimiento para el lavado de textiles evitando perdidas en agente de lavado en máquinas lavadoras con depósito de lejía fijo y tambor de lavado horizontal dispuesto giratoriamente en él, caracterizado porque después de comenzar la introducción por enjuague del agente de lavado, preferentemente pulverulento hasta granulado, el líquido de lavado se aspira durante un periodo de tiempo que, como mínimo, asciende a 1 minuto y termina, a más tardar, con la extracción del líquido de lavado por el lado más bajo del depósito de lejías y se retorna en un lugar dispuesto más alto de nuevo al recipiente de lejías, ascendiendo el caudal del líquido impulsado como mínimo a 5 litros.
