Abstract

Un procedimiento de plegado de un campo para mesa de instrumental en quirófano , en particular de una pieza de tejido "no tejido" de forma rectangular presentando dicha pieza una cara destinada a entrar en contacto con la mesa de instrumental en quirófano , y una cara opuesta destinada a permanecer estéril, caracterizado porque se forman en esta pieza una primera serie de plegados constituídos por dos líneas de plegado paralelas a dos bordes opuestos, y a continuación, a partir de dichas líneas y en dirección al borde más próximo, se efectúa una serie de pliegues alternos incluyendo por lo menos un pliegue intermedio entre un pliegue interior formado sobre dicha línea por acercamiento de dos regiones de la cara destinada a permanecer sola y un pliegue interior de sujeción próximo a dicho borde opuesto, replegándose el conjunto de los pliegues alternos sobre dicha banda, y porque a continuación se forma una segunda serie de plegados repitiendo la misma operación a partir de la otra línea deplegado en dirección al otro borde, continuándose el plegado mediante la formación de dos líneas de plegado paralelas a los otros dos bordes opuesto de la hoja y la repetición de las operaciones precedentes a partir de estas dos últimas líneas.
