Abstract
1. Procedimiento para revisión del funcionamiento, ajuste y calibrado de un dispositivo de ensayo de piezas metálicas brutas, destinado al control eléctrico, magnético y/o magnético inductivo de las mismas, sin destrucción, siendo dichas piezas metálicas brutas en especial desbastes de acero o chapas gruesas y realizándose el ensayo con respecto a defectos, tale como grietas situadas en o un poco debajo de la superficie, sobrelaminados, rechupas, burbujas o similares, y mediante órganos eléctricos de ensayo comprobadores de tales defectos y desplazables con relación a la superficie de la pieza bruta que se desea verificar, siendo las plazas metálicas brutas, dotadas de parámetros eléctricos o magnéticos distintos, llevadas al dispositivo de ensayo sobre dispositivos de transporte, tales como rodillos de transporte dispuestos a cierta distancia uno de otros, caracterizado porque una o varias placas de ensayo, que simulan la pieza metálica bruta afectada de puntos defectuosos y que presentansus parámetros eléctricos y/o magnéticos, son aplicadas en la zona del dispositivo de ensayo de superficies, ventajosamente desde abajo contra dicho dispositivo, siendo sostenidas en una posición enrasada con la superficie de la pieza bruta, para seguidamente revisar cada órgano verificador del dispositivo de ensayo en cuanto a capacidad de funcionamiento en dicha o dichas placas, siendo ajustado y calibrado con respecto a sus parámetros eléctricos o magnéticos, y porque a continuación se vuelven a retirar, es decir se descienden, la placa o las placas de ensayo de la zona de movimiento de la pieza bruta que va a ser verificada, es decir, que son hechas descender.
