Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de bencilcicloheptapiridinas de fórmulas: **(Fórmula-01)** donde R es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-3 o bencilo y R2 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-3 y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables cuyo procedimiento comprende: (a) someter a reacción de hidrólisis un compuesto de fórmula: **(Fórmula-02)** donde Y es alcanoilo C1-3, carboxi, alcoxi(C1-4)carbonilo, fenilsulfonilo, tosilo o difernilfosfinilo para formar el compuesto donde R es hidrógeno; (b) si se desea someter el producto de la etapa anterior a reacción de N-alquilación para producir el compuesto donde R es alquilo C1-3 o bencilo.
