Abstract

Aparato para pelar o raspar patatas y otros tubérculos y vegetales, constituido por un receptáculo cuya pared presenta su paramento interior constituido por una superficie abrasiva y en el que, apareciendo como el fondo de su cavidad, hay un disco movible, asimismo de superficie abrasiva, giratorio con un eje vertical solidario a su vez de un rodete rudimentario de turbina, alojado bajo el disco indicado y accionable por al impulso de un chorro de agua que incide sobre él, penetrando por una tubuladura lateral prevista al efecto en la prolongación inferior o pie del aparato, a la que puede acoplarse un tubo flexible que por su otro extremo se empalma a un grifo o tubería de agua a presión, cualquiera.
