Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en un tubo de presentación de imágenes en color, por ejemplo para aparatos de televisión, cuyo tubo comprende en una envolvente en la que se ha hecho el vacío y que consiste en una ventana de presentación, un cono y un cuello, una pantalla de presentación en el lado interior de la ventana de presentación que consiste en un gran número de líneas de fósforo luminiscentes en tres colores diferentes y, a alguna distancia delante de dicha pantalla de presentación, un electrodo de selección de color que comprende una placa metálica, que tiene un número muy grande de hileras de aberturas que están separadas una de otra por puentes y alargadas en la dirección de las hileras, extendiéndose dichas hileras en la dirección de las líneas de fósforo, caracterizadas porque la ultima abertura en los dos extremos de cada hilera es al menos igual de larga que la penúltima abertura en los dos extremos de cada hilera, y los lados cortos de las últimas aberturas de todas las hileras situadas en los extremos, están situados en líneas que siguen los bordes el electrodo de selección de color.
