Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de un recubrimiento esmaltado, altamente resistente a la abrasión, resistente a los ácidos, sobre una superficie metálica, tal como acero fino, chapa de acero, aleaciones de aluminio, hierro de fundición, etc., o un recubrimiento vidriado sobre porcelana, loza y gres, y similares, caracterizado porque porcentajes en peso: del 10 % al 70 % de Al2O3 óxido de aluminio del 10 % al 30 % de SiO2 óxido de silicio hasta el 5 % de V2O5 pentóxido de vanadio hasta el 5 % de P2O5 pentóxido fosfórico hasta el 12 % de R2O óxido de álcalis hasta el 20 % de ZrO2 óxido de zirconio hasta el 20 5 de TiO2 óxido de titanio se sinterizan entre sí a una temperatura entre 800 º C y 1000º C, se efectúa después del sinterizado la molienda húmeda o seca de la masa enfriada, solidificada de manera vidriosa, con preferentemente hasta el 50 % en peso de fritas corrientes de esmalte o vidriado, con adicionamiento a la mezcla de substancias adicionales correspondientes de molienda, hasta la finura necesaria de molienda, y se sumerge la superficie a recubrir del material de soporte en la masa o se pinta por riego, o también se aplica la masa de recubrimiento mediante pulverización sobre el material de soporte o similar, y a continuación de ello se seca al horno en la superficie del material del soporte a una temperatura en función del material de soporte entre 550º C y 1200º C.
