Abstract
Un bastidor para manipular una tubería submarina que comprende. Un par de patas verticales espaciadas entre sí de modo que se acomode entre ellas una tubería que haya de ser manejada, una viga de cabecero que se extiende entre dichas patas y unida rígidamente a los extremos superiores de las mismas, medios de soporte para soportar el extremo inferior de cada una de dichas patas sobre el fondo del océano en lados opuestos de la tubería que ha de ser manejada una viga desplazable horizontal que se extiende entre dichas patas paralela a dicha viga de cabecero y ajustable verticalmente, menos de accionamiento hidráulico para ajustar dicha viga desplazable horizontal verticalmente con relación a dicha patas medios de soporte de mordaza de tubería llevados por dicha viga desplazable y ajustables en sentido horizontal de la misma; medios de accionamiento hidráulico para mover dichos medios de soporte de mordaza de tubería horizontalmente a lo largo de dicha viga desplazable horizontal entre dichas patas, medios de mordaza de tubería y que tienen mandíbulas movibles destinadas a coger selectivamente el exterior de una tubería que esté siendo manejada, medios de accionamiento hidráulico para accionar las mandíbulas de dichos medios de mordaza de tubería y medios de depósito de lastre, los cuales pueden ser inundados selectivamente con agua del mar para ajustar con ello selectivamente el peso de dicho bastidor de manejo de tubería, con lo que dichos medios de mordaza de tubería pueden ser situados como se desee vertical y horizontalmente entre las patas de dicho bastidor de manejo de tubería y las mandíbulas de dichos medios de mordaza de tubería pueden ser accionadas para coger y soltar selectivamente una tubería que esté siendo manejada.
