Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de polipéptidos y sus derivados de fórmula I, A - B - C - D - E I en donde A es H-ORP, H-MeTrp, H-Trp(5-OH) o H-MeTrp(5-OH), B es A1a, C es Ser, Thr, A1a, Gly, Val o un radical. Los polipéptidos y derivados de polipéptidos de fórmula I y sus sales de adición de ácido y complejos fisiológicamente tolerables exhiben propiedades farmacodinámicas interesantes en ensayos con animales. Por lo tanto, pueden ser usados como medicamentos. Particularmente ejercen una actividad sobre el sistema nervioso central. Este efecto que, dependiendo de la estructura de los compuestos y de su dosificación, puede ser tanto depresor del sistema nervioso central como también estimulante del sistema nervioso central, puede comprobarse, por ejemplo, por las alteraciones en el comportamiento espontáneo de ratones y ratas después de la aplicación oral o i.p. de los compuestos de la invención.
