Abstract
Un dispositivo para la fabricación por moldeo de elementos huecos en forma de manguito, abiertos en al menos una extremidad, y que permiten la realización de celdas o cajones destinados a la carrocería de vehículos utilitarios, a la fabricación de contenedores o de construcciones prefabricadas, siendo el dispositivo del tipo que tiene dos moldes, o sea, un molde exterior (que define la pared exterior) y un molde interior (que define la pared interior del manguito) y estando los dos moldes espaciados uno de otro para constituir entre ellos el volumen receptor de la materia moldeable, estando al menos uno de los moldes previsto de medios de desplazamiento que permiten su translación lineal con relación al otro molde según el eje longitudinal del manguito, estando el molde interior constituido por varios paneles desplazables entre una posición activa y una posición retraída o de ocultación en la cual los paneles son llevados hacia el espacio interior del molde, permitiendo, después del fraguado de la materia moldeable, separar el molde interior así espaciado de la pared interior del manguito moldeado, estando el molde exterior constituido por varios paneles algunos de los cuales, al menos, son desplazables para permitir su desplazamiento entre una posición activa en la cual los paneles cooperan para constituir la pared del molde y una posición de ocultación en la cual dichos paneles están espaciados hacia el exterior permitiendo así separar el manguito moldeado, dispositivo caracterizado porque el molde interior tiene un primer par de paneles opuestos dorso con dorso y aptos para retraerse en un primer tiempo, y un segundo par de paneles opuestos dorso con dorso y aptos para retraerse en un segundo tiempo, estando el eje de desplazamiento de un par de paneles sensiblemente en ángulo recto con relación al eje de desplazamiento del otro par, permaneciendo cada panel paralelo a sí mismo en todas sus posiciones, teniendo los paneles del segundo par (que se retrae el segundo) en cadauno de sus bordes laterales (con relación al eje de separación de los moldes) un retorno según un ángulo superior a 90º.
