Abstract

Nuevo procedimiento para la preparación de benzoilureas. Los productos de este procedimiento son insecticidas. Se describe benzoilureas donde el nitrógeno N3 lleva un sustitúyete pirazina o benzopirazina. El procedimiento consiste en hacer reaccionar una benzamida, un alquil(C1-C7)litio, un cloroformiato de fenilo y una amina. En una realización de esta reacción, la benzamida se trata con el alquil-litio y un cloroformiato de fenilo en un disolvente inerte, a una temperatura comprendida entre -80 y -40ºC aproximadamente, para formar un uretano intermedio que se trata con una amina en un disolvente inerte, entre -80 a -40ºC aproximadamente y después se eleva lentamente la temperatura hasta unos 50-100ºC para obtener la benzoilurea deseada. En una segunda realización de la reacción, la benzamida se trata con el alquil-litio en un disolvente inerte, a una temperatura de -80 a -40ºC aproximadamente y la sal de litio así obtenida se trata después con un carbamato a una temperatura de -80 a -40ºC aproximadamente y se deja calentar la mezcla hasta unos 20-40ºC para obtener la benzoilurea deseada. El carbamato se obtiene por reacción de una amina con un cloroformiato de fenilo.
