Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un copolímero en bloque acoplado, caracterizado por las operaciones que consisten en polimerizar un primer monómero elegido entre hidrocarburos aromáticos en condiciones de polimerización en solución utilizando un diluente hidrocarbonado, una primera carga adicional efectiva de un iniciador a base de hidrocarbilmonolitio, en condiciones efectivas de temperatura, presión y tiempo, en añadir a la mezcla de polimerización todavía activa que resulta de ésta por lo menos un segundo monómero elegido entre dienos conjugados conjuntamente con una segunda carga adicional efectiva de un iniciador a base de hidrocarbilitio, con la condición de que dicha segunda carga adicional de iniciador sea superior a la primera carga adicional de iniciador, y continuando dicha polimerización y, a continuación, en tratar la mezcla de polimerización resultante con una cantidad efectiva de un agente de acoplamiento que es por lo menos difuncional produciendo así una mezcla de copolímeros en bloque acoplados presentando propiedades eficaces en formulaciones de adhesivos.
