Abstract

Perfeccionamiento en los sistemas de deshielo para mostradores frigoríficos a baja temperatura, del tipo que incluye un hueco abierto superiormente para alojamiento de los productos conservables a baja temperatura, un evaporador de circuito frigorífico puesto por debajo de dicho hueco y por lo menos un ventilador insertado en serie con dicho evaporador y un canal de ventilación que se desarrolla por debajo de dicho huevo y lateralmente al mismo para provocar una circulación de aire de ventilación a baja velocidad, que se cierra en anillo a través de la parte superior abierta de dicho hueco de alojamiento, caracterizado porque comprende medios eléctricos de circuito aptos para provocar, según un mundo, la inversión de movimiento y el aumento de velocidad de dicho ventilador para crear en dicho canal de ventilación una circulación de aire o alta velocidad que tiene sentido invertido y que se cierra por el exterior de dicho hueco de alojamiento.
