Abstract

The variable-geometry wind turbine comprises a vertical mast fastened by bearings (3) inside a support and provided at its top part with a series of horizontal arms. At the end of each arm there is mounted, by means of a joint (7), a semi-cylindrical blade (5) bounded at the end by a half-disc (6). Each blade is provided with a buffer which prevents it from colliding with the support.
