Abstract
Método de efectuar la conversión catalítica de un material de carga hidrocarbonado en un sistema de conversión catalítica de múltiples etapas, en donde: (1) un material de carga hidrocarbonado calentado e hidrógeno fluyen en serie a través de una pluralidad de zonas de reacción catalítica; (2) el efluente producto de reacción procedente de cada zona se calienta antes de la introducción del mismo en la zona de reacción subsiguiente; y (3) partículas de catalizador se mueven a través de cada zona de reacción mediante flujo por gravedad, comprendiendo dicho método las (a) calentar dicho material de carga o hidrógeno, e introducir la mezcla calentada en una primera zona de reacción mantenida en condiciones de conversión de hidrocarburos; (b) calentar el efluente resultante de la primera zona de reacción e introducir el efluente calentado en una zona de reacción subsiguiente mantenida en condiciones de conversión de hidrocarburos; (c) restringir el flujo del efluente procedente de al menos una zona de reacción en dicha pluralidad y separar el efluente de la última zona de reacción para proporcionar: (i) una corriente de producto normalmente líquido, y (ii) una fase vapor rica en hidrógeno; (d) retirar periódicamente al menos partículas de catalizador procedente de la última de dichas zonas de reacción; y (e) introducir periódicamente al menos partículas de catalizador nuevo o regenerado, en la primera de dichas zonas de reacción.
