Abstract
Procedimiento y dispositivo de medida en continuo de la actividad enzimática de la biomasa de los sistemas de depuración biológica el procedimiento caracterizado porque se toma de forma continua una muestra de biomasa; se coloca la muestra en condiciones estándar a la vez de un medio reductor de porcentaje en oxígeno nulo y de un medio tamponado se hace circular la muestra de biomasa en las condiciones óptimas de temperatura para la actividad enzimática durante un tiempo determinado, suficiente para que las condiciones estándar de ausencia de oxígeno y de medio tamponado se realicen de forma homogénea; se añade a la muestra un compuesto asimilable por la población bacteriana presente y un indicador de óxido-reducción dosificable susceptible de transformarse por reducción en un producto dosificable; se desplaza el efluyente a la misma temperatura óptima durante un tiempo determinado, denominado tiempo de incubación; se pone fin a la actividad enzimática de la población bacteriana;se extrae el producto dosificable con ayuda de un disolvente y así se localiza el producto dosificable en la fase líquida de la muestra; se separan los lodos de la muestra por decantación; y se mide el producto dosificable en la fase líquida.
