Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar 3-sustituido-tetra-hidro-1,2,4-triazinas , de fórmula general **fórmula** en la que m y n son independientemente cero o 1, R es hidrógeno metilo o acetilo, R1 es hidrógeno o metilo y A y B representan independientemente hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo con 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, naftilo, 1,3-benzodioxol-5-ilo, fenilo o fenilo sustituido, eligiéndose los sustituyentes del anillo fenilo del grupo consistente en halo, alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, nitro, naftilo y piridilo, y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar una 2-aminoetil-hidrazina de fórmula **fórmula** en la que R y r1 se definen como anteriormente, con un nitrilo de fórmula **fórmula** en la que m, n, A y B se definen como anteriormente, en presencia de una cantidad catalítica de una sal de metal de transición o de azufre elemental.
