Abstract

Método de fabricación de tableros conteniendo fibras celulósicas, dotados al menos en una de sus superficies de revestimiento duro y denso, cuyo método comprende: la consolidación de una esterilla que contiene fibras celulósicas para formar un tablero consolidado que tiene una densidad de menos de 561 Kg/m cúbicos, el contacto de las fibras superficiales de dicha esterilla , antes o después de su consolidación, con urea, y el termo.-prensado de dicho tablero consolidado en una prensa calentada a una temperatura de por lo menos 274ºC para formar un tablero que tiene un revestimiento al menos en dicha superficie del mismo, teniendo dicho revestimiento una densidad superior a la densidad del material sobre el que se forma tal revestimiento.
