Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de un acolchado por moldeo de una materia de relleno, en el interior de un casquete aplicado contra la superficie interior de la cavidad de un molde por una depresión creada bajo la misma, caracterizado porque consiste, sucesivamente: en utilizar un molde cuyo fondo está previsto móvil, en alejar el fondo móvil de la entrada de la cavidad del molde, en fijar el casquete a la periferia de dicha entrada, en crear una depresión bajo el casquete de manera que se repartan sus alargamiento, en acercar el fondo móvil a la entrada de la cavidad para que empuje progresivamente el casquete estirado y lo ponga en posición de moldeo, siendo mantenida la depresión bajo el casquete, en colar la materia de relleno en el casquete así preformado, en cerrar el molde y en desmoldear el acolchado.
