Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de dispersiones de poliuretano acuosas, libres de emulsionante, a partir de: A) compuestos dihidroxílicos con un peso molecular de 500 a 5000, B) diisocianatos C) sales solubles en agua de ácidos aminocarboxílicos o aminosulfónicos alifáticos con al menos un átomo de hidrógeno enlazado en el átomo de nitrógeno y D) compuestos sin grupos salinos con dos átomos de hidrógeno reactivos frente a los grupos isocianatos y un peso molecular inferior a 300 como prolongador de cadenas, en una proporción molar A:B(C+D) = 1:2:1 hasta 1:14:13, según que se empleen los componentes A y D solos o juntos, en presencia o en ausencia de un disolvente orgánico inerte, que funde por debajo de 100ºC y que es miscible con agua con el diisocianato (B) a una temperatura de 50 a 130ºC para formar un prepolímero con grupos isocianato finales, caracterizado porque se añade en primer lugar 50 a 90 mol%, con relación al diisocianato total, de un diisocianato aromático y a continuación 10a 50 mol % de un diisocianato alifático o cicloalifático, o bien se agregan ambos a la vez; se diluye 1a masa con disolventes del, tipo citado a 30-50% en peso de contenido en sólidos; y a continuación se deja reaccionar con un componente C en solución acuosa a una temperatura comprendida entre 20 y 50ºC; a continuación se agrega, la cantidad de agua deseada y se destila el disolvente.
