Abstract
Un detector para comprobar los gases combustibles en una corriente de aire que comprende: una primera unión de termopar colocada en la corriente de aire, una segunda unión de termopar colocada en le corriente de aire; y medios catalíticos formados alrededor de dicha primera unión de termopar que permiten que los gases combustibles calentados en la corriente de aire reaccionen con dichos medios catalíticos para liberar calor y aumentar la temperatura de dicho primer termopar por encima de la de dicho segundo termopar.
