Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de una mezcla de goma de libre fluidez, estable contra la coalescencia y la cohesión, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: 1) polimerizar acrilonitrilo en forma en sí conocida y aislar el polvo de poliacrilonitrilo con un tamaño de partícula de 5 a 150 micra; 2) agregar el polvo de poliacrilonitrilo por medios mecánicos a caucho en una cantidad comprendida entre 3 a 12% en peso, referido al caucho; 3) mezclar homogéneamente por medios mecánicos el caucho con el poliacrilonitrilo; 4) triturar el caucho mediante molienda bajo amasado intenso simultaneo con poliacrilonitrilo; 5) extraer mecánicamente el polvo de caucho de libre fluencia obtenido de la instalación mecánica; 6) separar el polvo de caucho de tamaño de partícula fino deseado mediante tamices; y 7) en caso dado, refrigerar finalmente el polvo de caucho obtenido.
