Abstract

Un método para medir la velocidad de un fluido en un conducto, teniendo dicho fluido superficies de contacto de dispersión de energía, caracterizado por comprender las fases de: Transmisión de dos o más haces sonoros que forman un predeterminado ángulo unos respecto a otros, a través del fluido; la detección de por lo menos alguno de los haces sonoros reflejados en las superficies de contacto de dispersión de energía, mediante uno o más receptores formando haz sonoro y cada haz sonoro transmitido y cada haz sonoro detectado forman un grupo transmisor receptor; y la combinación de vectores de efecto adecuado (como tipo doppler) en un vector de velocidad-promedio para cada grupo transmisor-receptor; asi como la transformación de dos o más vectores de velocidad media combinados en sus partes componentes para obtener el vector de velocidad eficaz.
